This property is one of two units in the Cliff Street Condominium Association. 19 Cliff St (Cliff House) is the other property, attached at the front of 21 Cliff.
The maximum number of guests allowed to occupy the property is 7 and pets are not allowed. The maximum number of cars allowed is 2. This parking area is shared with 19 Cliff . Only 2 vehicles are permitted at any time on the premises and only in the designated parking spaces for 21 Cliff Street.
